In 2010 with the knowledge gained in the dairy business since adolescence, the owner Nicola Lella decided to undertake a new experience opening the Cheese factory Delizie del Colle.
Our products allow you to enjoy the authentic flavor of the dairy tradition thanks to the high quality of the milk produced in the family farm and the numerous and continuous inspections and quality controls. All the processing is done by hand by the dairy masters following the Apulian dairy tradition.
The Factory begins its production in a small laboratory located in Santeramo in Colle with an adjoining shop. Given the great demand for the product there were other store openings: two in Santeramo and afterwards in Cassano delle Murge, Grumo Appula, Bitritto, Bitetto, Sannicandro. Moreover, thanks to the high quality of the products the factory started to supply to the best restaurants in the area.
In 2019 having the need for more space Delizie del Colle moves to the artisan area in a structure of 1300 square meters. There are 15 employees employed in the handmade production so that the incomparable flavor of hand-made mozzarella is spread to the customer.
